“I was wondering what is the ram upgrade capabilities on this laptop. For example, one answer says 36gb of ram and another only says 16gb. This model originally comes with 12gb of ram. What is the MAX upgradable ram for this model? Thank you in advance!”

• I don't know the answer to that question, but I will say that the 12 GB has been more than adequate so far. And I do a lot of downloads and a lot of photo editing and have not had a problem yet.
