• Here is the information on the USB C port on this laptop: 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C (5 Gb/s signaling rate, Power Delivery 3.0, DisplayPort 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge). Since the USB C port has the capability for Power and delivery. You would be able to charge through the USB C port. Best Buy does not currently sell an HP USB C docking stations. There are universal USB C docking stations available.
