Yes, and it's really easy. Just plug in the 2nd monitor into the laptop. When you turn it on, it will mirror the laptop screen. You'll need to go to your "Display" settings, and "extend your desktop". You will see the laptop as Display 1, and the 2nd monitor as Display 2. Make sure you save the settings. To view something on the 2nd monitor, just drag it from the laptop screen to the 2nd monitor. You can open 2 Excel documents at the same time, 2 Word docs, etc. It makes copy/paste from one source to another so easy! I do it all the time.
