• Just put a piece of tape over the lens of the camera......

• Nowadays its very difficult to find a new laptop without a camera, especially one at this price range with high specs. You can check HP's website and see if you can order this one or similar without the camera. If not, you can easily cover the camera with tape or order something online that will cover the camera for you. Good luck on your search!
