Yes, I"ve upgraded from the windows store from windows 10 home to pro. NO , OEM Hp software lost. The upgrade it's just a download & reboot & everything is left where you had it. FYI: BEFORE YOU DO THE UPGRADE! Make a recovery disc,or usb drive for the OEM!
