“Is the audio supposed to be coming out of the top grille area or from the bottom of the laptop? The only audio I hear is coming from the bottom with nothing coming through the grille, so I'm trying to figure out if that is a defect or not. Thanks!”

The speakers are located on the left and right sides of the grille. The sound is coming through the grille but you can hear the sound from the bottom as well.
