Wifi won't connect on new computer null

Check and see if you are in airplane mode. Mine keeps turning on airplane mode all by itself, which prevents internet connectivity. The icon won't go away even after I manually turn it off over and over in the Control Panel.

I have one thing to say about the problem and You should do this GO HP Support and make sure to have a Chat Session HP has some of the best customer service and techs that, know how to fix and the Problem is solved that's what you paid for and they are there for YOU Hope this helps but have you checked the set up on the mic in sounds if it is set up that the jack is for a headset which is earphone and mic then it blocks the speakers set it to mic only and then at least you know that's ok .
