• I haven't tried Fallout 4 but it runs Skyrim perfectly. I would guess it would run Fallout 4 rather well.

• Yes it does, was one of the reasons I got this laptop because my old one couldn't run it. I have now 50+ hours on Fallout 4. Love this laptop.

• NO It cant even consistently stream Netflix with out a getting choppy.
