It also has a 30-day trial of Microsoft (Office) 365 and of McAfee Live Safe. In addition, it has HP Quick Start to help you get started with Windows 11 and the HP Support Assistant to help keep your PC up to date, plus HP Connection Optimizer and HP Games by Wild Tangent.

- Answer Just wanted to note that HP's answer is confusing. They say you can't upgrade the RAM because it is LPDDR-type. While it is true that LPDDR RAM can't be upgraded, the Show Full Specs section states that the laptop uses DDR-type RAM, which normally CAN be replaced/upgraded.
