QuestionMy wifi speed is not consistent. I have a high speed wifi at 500 mps and when I run the speed test, it sometimes catches and is fast but many times it is running at really slow speeds.Is anyone else having problems?

- Answer Thank you for your question regarding the HP - Envy 2-in-1 14 14-es0013dx. Multiple things could be causing that issue such as an issue with the provider, the modem, the router, cables, updates, and a possible issue with the Wi-Fi card in the laptop. You can contact your provider to check with possibly issues with the network itself and contact HP Support to have them help troubleshoot the laptop.

- Answer Thank you for your question regarding the Envy 2-in-1 14" 14-es0013dx. As long as there is a router that you have the credentials for and access to, you will be able to connect. You will not be required to get a new router as it is backwards compatible with the other connection types.
