No, that's nowhere near normal for the laptop-you should expect 5-6 times that much life. Your best option is to contact the the HP Support team directly. You'll want to call them at 800-407-4005 from 8-8 Eastern time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get almost 2.5 hours out of my battery. There are several performance/power profiles in the AMD Software which save power without loosing too much performance. Also dimming the screen a bit makes a big difference.
