Have used my new Envy x360 for about a month now and have not noticed any "hot" issues whatsoever.

I'd previously used DELL's but on the advice of our IT Manager, made the leap to an HP and it has been great so far.

Please try again later.HP laptops are heavily tested for things like heat, noise, hinge quality, and durability to make sure it meets certain specifications based on customer feedback and regulations. If you should notice that the laptop is running hotter than it should or feels like it is generating a lot of heat, you can contact HP Support or take it to Geek Squad to make sure that it is running properly.
