“My last HP Envy had broken hinges....I had to take screen off and actually put rivets in the metal housing to keep them attached, the little screws never held up. I believe this was a pretty common problem. Has the design changed? Stronger? Thanks!”

My 2023 model uses tiny star drive screws. I have opened it up to audit for upgrade space, and found soldered onBoard memory instead of upgradeable DDR. Mine is working great for me, but I will probably replace it in summer 2024 with some thing optimized for AI use.
