• One has nothing to do with the other. Financing for 18 months would be thru Best Buy. They don’t control the terms of your credit card and a debit card is cash out of your bank account, not credit.

• You can go to BestBuy and tell them that you wanted to buy the laptop, but you don't have a BestBuy card to get a financing. They'll help you to get one, all they need is your driver's license and social security number.
