• No, you would need to get one to use in India as that is a foreign country than the good ole USA.

• The power supply is not "dual voltage" so you'll need a transformer to step the voltage down to the 120 volts the computer can use. You'll also need an adapter to accommodate the different design of the Indian electrical sockets.
