Thank you for the question. Alexa is built into Windows, not the HP hardware. If the app is not pre-loaded (look in the HP Command Center), you can acquire it from the Microsoft store. (Note, the specification of the 15m-es1023dx laptop does not indicate that Alexa is pre-loaded). The wireless technology for this model is Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5.
