i had that problem too for a little while i hope it's been fixed for you since its been a month dn a half. i had to go in and i removed the keyboard from the saved bluetooth connection and re added it. i had to google it and there is a fn key that will send the signal to connect it. but your not alone. i had that problem too..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had issues with this too but its an easy fix. There are 3 things that I have done to correct this. 1. Turn off the power to the keyboard, you'll see in the upper right of the keyboard a "green" indicator. Flip the switch and it will show "red". Turn it back on and sometimes this will fix it. If that doesn't work, 2. Restart the computer If this doesn't work 3. Go to device bluetooth settings. Turn it off and then on. Make sure the keyboard is paired. If the keyboard is pair but it's not working just select "forget" device, and you'll have to re - pair the device to bluetooth. Hit the bluetooth button on the keyboard, your computer will find it, select pair, then punch in the code on the keyboard and hit enter. Hope this works. Windows 8 is famous for bluetooth paring issues...
