“The volume of this laptop is extremely low even when put up to the highest setting. I can barely hear it when it’s one foot away. A family member has the same laptop with the same problem. Is there a fix for this or do I need to return?”

• Thank you for your purchase of this HP Envy 2-in-1! I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the sound volume on this. The F6 and F7 keys control the main volume. If the volume is still too quiet when it's maxed out, you can return or exchange it if you are within the return period. Both Best Buy and HP offer tech support and can look into the volume issue.
