• A:Answer Thank you for your purchase of this HP Envy 2-in-1! I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the sound volume on this. The F6 and F7 keys control the main volume. If the volume is still too quiet when it's maxed out, you can return or exchange it if you are within the return period. Both Best Buy and HP offer tech support and can look into the volume issue.

The main differentiator is that Core Ultra processors are the very latest development, and have a neural processing unit (NPU) which accelerates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications. The Ultra Core processors still have P cores and E Cores like the previous generation Intel processors, which manage background and foreground tasks without sacrificing speed.

If you shop around and see any Core 7 and Core 5 laptops, those are the re-naming of 13th generation processors.
