Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The keyboard needs batteries. there is a small opening on the bottom of it where they would go. Same for the Mouse but make sure the Mouse is switched to ON. There is a small switch on the bottom of it as well.

Please try again later.Hope you've solved your keyboard and mouse issue by now, if not 1. make sure your batteries are installed correctly. the mouse switch is located under the mouse. keyboard doesn't have a switch . 2. turn the mouce over and see if there is a red light being emitted. if no light and it's switched on your issue is the device. 3. if you have lights on the devices check the device manager in setup, but since you have no keyboard or mouse you will need to connect a usb keyboard to go any further. 4 to get to the device manager right click on your start button. in device mgr select the keyboard and update the drivers. 5. if all this fails take your all-in-one back and have them get it working.
