This computer is awesome it does everything that I need it to do and more. I love the touchscreen as well as it being wireless. I had so many wires connected to my last computer that I didn't know what was connected to what. I also love how fast I am able to move from one site to the next in the blink of an eye.I was able to purchase this computer as an open box. Great price... I love my new computer.

It has been a while since I got a new computer so we decided to go for a touch screen. It is a great computer with a good amount of memory and an easy install. I wish they let me know that it does not come with office. I must really be out of date because I thought all windows computers came with office, would have saved a lot of trouble if I had been told.

The touch screen is a dream to use and the size of this one is a plus plus. It quickly found my two existing wireless HP printers and we were in business. I am an Apple fan but needed a Windows machine for reasons that would bore you. This fits nicely into the scheme of things with the screen reminiscent of the iPad and the size reminiscent of the iMac. The price was a no brainer.

Overall: It is a good computer it does take some getting used to and some tweaking of programs, layouts, Cortana. I have had some minor issues with the tech not working properly. More of an annoyance that I have had to mess with settings. I don't know if it is necessarily worth the money. Since technology becomes old news as soon as you buy it, I would recommend a last year model and just get a new "cheaper" computer every couple years. Only time will tell... I definitely recommend geek squad protection plan on ANYTHING. Pros: -Touch Screen (didn't use until the factory keyboard wasnt working properly. LOVE IT) -New sleek model - LOVE the screen size -LOTS of memory/ hard drive space Newest generation i5 processor Cons: -Keyboard fails is slow to react if it even reacts at all to functions -Already had to exchange for a new computer. The keyboard and mouse didnt work (changed batteries and everything. Even called HP) -My number lock keeps turning off on restart (fixed thanks to tips from online sources). -Keeps saying that I have network errors (not router or modem issue it is a computer connection issue) -Too many preinstalled doodads that are unnecessary (like any other new computer) - Getting use to Windows 10 new layout and programs -Sound isn't as good as the lady said it was and from what I remember from the display model -Need to know more about technology to enjoy the full benefits of the computer. There are a lot of new features A BB employee RAVED about this computer. We thought EH... TOO MUCH MONEY! Then, our computer started going kaput. We caved and thought since this was "the best computer she ever had" we didnt look any further. So far, its ok. It runs slower than I expected. I am sure there are pre-installed programs running in the background. I tried to suppress any of them that were unnecessary that I could.

My old Envy got a virus and after many attempts to revive it, it could not be done. I loved it. This is it's replacement and I equally love it, except for the Windows mail. Now, don't think I will say it isn't good - it just isn't like the other one. I had Windows live and it was easy and colorful, I liked it. This one is nice but I can't find my address book. I have to go through each letter to get a contact. My only gripe. Actually, that shouldn't even be an issue on this review. The computer is an all in one, so there are no towers or tons of wires. It has a large, easy to see, touch screen, which is just the best, so much easier to stay in control ( as you can do with a laptop.) The mouse will work and you certainly can use it, but being able to just touch a large screen , right in front of you, while doing work, is awesome. It is really fast and the memory is large enough to hold all pictures, work docs ( I have LOTS) , and sites that need accessed quickly. This is a really good computer for a home office OR anyone who just wants to do things quickly and most importantly, do them easily. Plus, after it's set up, you can talk to Cortana, a Suri-type voice control that can navigate you by just talking to her. I am not a good tech head. I don't know how to get out of ANY trouble so the easier the better. I found it. Yay! Thanks EVNY and thanks Best Buy.

It is a bit bigger screen, which I like, and I really like that it is an all-in-one so that there is less clutter. I like the touchscreen but am using it a lot less than I thought I would. There are less USB ports than I'd like so I'm using an extension, which adds to the clutter on my desk. The big issue for me is that a graphics driver keeps crashing. I have had the Geek Squad look at it but it still happens so I might have to have them look at it again. I am still getting used to Windows 10 but it seems okay.

This review is based on a newly setup system with only office 2k10 and chrome installed. If you want / need / desire a touch screen computer this will do the job. The design and styling is very nice. The built in speakers have superb sound and get very loud. The screen is clear and bright right to the edges. That's the good part. The bad parts . This all in one is not the fastest computer out there by a long shot. The computer takes a while to fully boot up (and I don't mean to the login screen, I mean after login it takes a couple moments to load everything), and using Cortana, or opening up applications like Chrome or Edge can be annoyingly slow. I expected much better performance from a Gen 6 Intel processor and 8 GB of ram. The wireless keyboard and mouse that comes with the unit is utterly useless. Only 4 inches away keystrokes are not recognized, or keystrokes repeat -it made typing anything super irritating. In the end I installed a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and have had no trouble since. I am shocked HP would include such bad peripherals with a $1k computer. If you have your heart set on an all in one system then this would do the job, but you would be far better served with a separate workstation and monitor. A $400-$500 workstation would way out perform this unit.

I bought the computer on 11/27 and I have yet to have a problem. The mouse reacts a bit delayed, but aside from that I have not encountered any issues. The screen is big, this is mainly why I bought it. Also it was on sale, $200 cheaper for Black Friday. I also bought an Hp envy laptop and I am super happy with both of my computers. I am a bit surprised by some of the reviews. But I guess that some people will have different opinions and may experience some technical problems that others might not have encountered. Anything can happen when it comes to technology and not everything is made perfect. Anyways, I would recommend this computer without any hesitation.

HP has been around for a long time, they make good computers, Great computers, and a few that don't raise any eyebrows. Like anything that is assembled, there are components that get along and based on manufacturing specs, some that don't work so well, but they worked great in a different persons computer... REASON, it is mostly manufacturing tolerance variation. As for this computer it is a good computer, plenty of storage, enough memory for most applications and a good looking design. If you want it all then go after the 2,000 dollar and up machines! this one is a great value and works very well for most homes and even business. Yes! i like it, fast and does what it should!

This computer is definitely an upgrade to the computer I had 3 years ago. This all in one touch of course comes with the touch screen on a 23 inch monitor which is magnificent. Secondly, the speed I get is amazing with the i5 processor. I'm able to work on building websites, have multiple windows open, and push the computer without a hiccup. That's important to me because a good processor can handle multiple tasks and applications without slowing down. The speakers, amazing! Plus coming with 1tb of memory I have all the space I need. And last, it really looks nice and hardly takes up any space.

I bought this for my wife to replace her 7 year old HP touchscreen all-in-one which, sadly, passed away one morning. Although there aren't a lot of all-in-one touchscreens available, this was on sale and seemed to have everything she needed. She sells on ebay and her computer is on from 7am until 9pm every day and is used for the full range of household/business tasks. This has a faster processor and more memory than her prior computer and responds accordingly. The screen is very large and sharp, the sound is terrific and it has been a much easier transition for her than I would have thought.

This pc is easy to set up straight from the box. It has a nice big screen so it's easy for an older person like myself to see. I like the way it stores files and photos. The only down side is it has been SO slow. It freezes often and I often get error messages. I have downloaded the virus protection the associate told me to use. I check it daily, delete my browser, but I can't figure out why I keep getting these error messages. All updates seem to be done. The only other thing is it could be my connection through my cable modem. Otherwise, it's a great computer and very easy to use.

Actually this is the best computer I have ever had. Windows 10 in 12 seconds, from a cold start. This is using a SATA drive. My son has a SSD drive in his computer and starting from a cold start loads in 8 to 9 seconds. When I run a program that works the processors it is unbelievable how fast calculations are completed. As far as gaming have not pushed the processors, cause I am not a gamer. Everything else is just unbelievable when it comes to speed for processing. Yes I would recommend this computer with no hesitation. I have delt with computers since the early 80's from building to purchasing a ready built; and by far I have never seen a better computer. Easy to run and solid. Highly recommend this computer.

Had Geek Squad set my computer and back up my old one. The all-in-one feature makes this computer similar to my wife's iMac. Good display quality and so much faster than my old computer. Only complaint is the keyboard is a little small and more sensitive than I like. The num-lock pad has directional arrows sort of built in, so the 0 key is too small. I have subsequently purchased a different wireless keyboard and mouse.

I love this computer, it is fast and the screen is very big. HP is a great company when it comes to customer service. It does have a rather loud running noise though. The fan blows continually and is loud. One downfall is that it doesn't come with a disk loader on the side of the computer. With that said, I do recommend this Envy.

bought this to clean up the clutter on my office desk.it did a great job of that.the i5 core is more than fast enough.for the price point it is a great all in one.since I have bought it I have upgraded the hard drive to a crucial ssd and 16 gigs of crucial memory.this pc flies now.and concidering upgrades and cost of pc was under 1000 bucks great pc for work and browsing the net.i highly suggest you upgrade the hardrive and the memory they are the bottle necks on this pc's processor.i bought when was on sale at best buy.memory was 53.00 ssd drive was 109 for a 512gb.also you can easily upgrade this pc yourself.there are 2 quick screws on bottom and entire back cover comes off.easliy allowing acess to hardive and memory.you will need a cloning kit for a ssd upgrade best buy has them for about 25 bucks.they also have ssd drives and memory you will need.again I highly suggest you upgrade.this pc boots now in under 4 seconds.the only thing hp needs to work on is the pc's speakers.at least sell item with a wireless subwoofer.no bass from speakers at all.i would again in a heart beat!
