Computer is easy to use and has features that are easy to understand. It does not take up lots of space and a lot of the cords have been eliminated, which makes it easier to set up.

Awesome touchscreen pc! Best buy sales rep pulled it from the back of the store storage room! promised me I would be impressed and boy was he right!!

I like the screen and its capability. The key board does not converse well when typing, can cause major frustration. Will be getting a different key board.

I am used to working with two screens. Yet, the size of this computer screen and its clarify is so amazing that I do not miss a second screen. I got an excellent opportunity and bought it on sale with an open box. I did buy the extended protection which I would suggest all to do.

I went shopping for a new PC in October for a total office makeover and finally took it out of the box 6 weeks later. Waited until the walls were finished, carpet/window installed and the new office desk delivered. The set up was easy and the HP All-in-One Envy works beautifully!

I bought this computer for the kitchen as the current all-in-one HP was on it's last breath and the picture was not anywhere near HD. I actually found that there are only a limited number of All-In-One's at this point which were less than 16.5" in height, which is the height of my cabinets. This model is slightly taller than 16.5" but I managed to tuck it underneath the lip of my cabinets. It doesn't block the screen in any way, but does block the camera situated on top. This is also one of the few computers left with a HDMI-In which is needed to connect a TV receiver, game console, etc. It does everything that I want, so why not a five star? In order to activate the HDMI-In input, you need to press a button on the back of the computer located in the rear center. I would much have preferred a hot key on the keyboard or the physical button located closer to one of the corners of the computer. I can't do much research on this as it doesn't come with a manual and had no luck in trying to find info online. Good computer and picture quality.

Display is very sharp, Video and audio quality is good, Touch screen pretty handy. It seems 8 GB Memory is bit less , Stand being fixed you need to adjust your chair , wish it had movable options.

I love the big screen. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, but I'm starting to become more comfortable with it. My only negative is the keyboard sensitivity when I first turn on the computer.

The computer seems wonderful but Windows 10 is dragging it down. I suspect these issues will be resolved in further updates. I waited for the Envy to have Win 10 installed rather than buying it and then having to do an upgrade but I'm not sure that has mattered. The computer works well, screen size is appreciated (23") and lack of CPU helps reduce clutter. I did buy an external CD drive as the All In One no longer has one, and it works well. There's been some issues with the Blue Tooth devices communicating and at times both the keyboard and mouse don't work which requires a hard reboot but again, is this Win 10? So, overall, I love the computer but only love/hate Win 10.

This all in one computer feels solid, with real metal chrome plated legs, operates quietly with only minimal fan noise, and has a pleasant mouse and keyboard. As other reviews mention, the speakers sound pitiful, especially considering their B&O pedigree. The display is clear if not overly bright, and the performance is acceptable, if not blazing fast. I hope that it has enough power to not get overwhelmed by Windows updates over time

Great computer!! HP makes a top rated desktop. I owned previous HP computers with no problems or complaints. The HP Envy with Intel i5 processor and Windows 10 is a star. Very quick responses while roaming the internet. Great home computer with terrific apps.

There are things I don't like about it. Short range for wireless mouse and keyboard and not use to it yet. However, works great. It's fast and does everything like it should.

It looks nice easy to set up ... Easy to connect devices... runs smoothly... Touch screen responsive and quick ... Great buy for home or school use ...

Computer has a nice big screen. Biggest issues are lack of USB ports in FRONT. You have to reach over a pretty big screen to connect. Also lack of a CD player was not good. Other problems were more related Windows 10 and lack of any Outlook program, since email is one of our bigger uses with our computers. Also we had problems installing the Word program we purchased. Microsoft has more defects than the computer.

I recently upgraded my last HP all-in-one to the new HP Envy 27" all-in-one. I love HP products so it was very easy to choose the Envy! So far this all-in-one has met all my expectations. I purchased the touch screen, and as always it meets all my needs. The new windows voice activated search engine is also a plus!! The speaker system on this one is a new product and definitely surpasses the old Beats system for quality. This product is definitely a great buy and even better when you catch it on sale! You will definitely be happy with this computer!

I like the wide screen and the sound is superb. Sometimes, the PC seems slow. The mouse pointer stops while the PC catches up.

Excellent size, speed & memory. & no need to worry about the bulky ness of a desk top or the smallness of a laptop. Definitely a win win for me

The Envy by HP is a fabulous computer! The screen is gigantic and all the hardware is built into the screen so your desk just houses the magnificent touch or keyboard activated mechanism. After being on Window 7 for many years, I was afraid of the switch to Windows 10 but it was far, far easier than imagined. As a 73 year old widow with a deceased techi husband, I am excited to be connected again happily with this amazing technology. The salesperson at Best Buy was so right to encourage me to jump into this amazing new system.

Computer is good quality, however, the wireless keyboard and mouse do not work. HP support is not what I would consider good. While they sent replacement (after arguments...the replacement did not work either) and I ended up purchasing a keyboard and mouse which added to the overall cost of the computer. HP should support their products...
