Overall this is a great machine. Plenty of memory and programs run at blazing speeds. Only drawback as others mentioned is the mouse and keyboard. The range is very poor and lacks the expected sensitivity. In the process of replacing both, however don't let this stop you from otherwise purchasing a good system.

Took it out of the box and plugged it in and everything worked fine. At my preference and I purchased a Logitech mouse and keyboard [wireless] because I liked the feel better. Moved the data from my laptop to the desktop without problems... with Windows 10 on both laptop and the desktop...easy conversion of data... then moved everything to Google Drive. Downloaded the latest version of Quicken, and Dragon NaturallySpeaking. I love the larger screen.... It also serves as a desktop television for Netflix.

We have had this desktop for over a couple of months now. This is exactly what we were looking for. It's fast, compact and stylish. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the Bluetooth keyboard that comes with the computer sometimes lag. Also I am not completely fond of the mouse either but I can live with it. Overall for the price it does its purpose for our household.

Powefull product as all in one , as speed, display, and great speaker but need to take care in mouse and keyboard where had slow response. I think hp should replace these two parts with better models.

This all in one is awesome! Great size screen; plenty of storage; Processor is fast & was easy to set up & install my software. Speakers are great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cheezy little keyboard; but since have the touch screen...not too concerned. All in all very happy with my purchase!

I love the idea of an all in one computer. The screen is nice and large and the processor speed (i5) is plenty fast for my applications. That being said....I had to purchase a different keyboard. The bluetooth enabled one that came with the computer gave me fits. The keys would stick, making typing a pain. Also, the USB drives are located on the back of the computer, not very convenient. And I didn't realize until after I had it home and hooked up that it didn't include a DVD drive. (I'm a little old-fashioned. I like to burn CDs and whatnot) All that being said, it looks nice and functions well.

POSITIVE: 1) This all-in-one desktop computer does the complete job! 2) My office is small, and this computer really saves space. I am able to put the keyboard and mouse aside and actually use the desktop; and there is no tower to worry about. 3) The unit is really beautiful -- adding a nice touch to the room. 4) The speakers are excellent -- much better than those on my expensive flat screen T.V. NEGATIVE; 1) The wireless keyboard and mouse that come with the unit are cheap. I found that my previous LogiTech wireless mouse and keyboard work much better. It should be noted that I seldom use the touch screen features of this computer -- probably because I am not accustomed to using a vertical surface. 2) Their is glare from the screen which causes me to constantly fiddle with the window shades.

Easiest computer ever to hook up. Quiet, and has a nice clear screen. The screen is awesome and very light weight. Windows 10 was a real headache to set up with passwords. Doesn't want to sync up with our local email provider. Had to take to an IT professional to bypass the Microsoft sync issues. Microsoft is very intrusive into your communications. Probably wont get any better in the next version.

Love this computer looks amazing and lightning fast and the speakers sound I have no words for the only reason I have 4 stars is due to the terrible keyboard and mouse combo it's just awful went back to my Logitech immediately but overall well rounded nice step up from my computer of 6 years .

I walked around Best Buy for a while checking out all the different AIO's they had. I needed something to replace my old desktop and wanted to save space because I was going to start working at home more and have a small desk everything was sitting on. I wanted a robust machine so I could handle my work and play and didn't want to break the bank either. This wasn't the most expensive but not the cheapest. I played with the floor model and some others. There was another guy looking at the AIO's and he was with a BB clerk and I overheard the BB clerk tell him this was the beauty of the bunch. I had already narrowed it down to this and another one and once I heard that I thought Oh good I made a good choice then. But maybe BB wanted to get rid of these because it has been kind of a disappointment. It's not nearly as quick or responsive as I thought a brand new PC would be. It's slow to start up which I thought Windows 10 was supposed to have fixed??? It is like my previous computer that I bought at least 12 years ago in how slow it is to get up and running. I don't have anything extra on here really to slow it down so much so I guess it's processor is kind of lame. The touch screen part works fine but I don't even use that really other than to show someone else, Hey look at this. Or when my Bluetooth keyboard conked out on me I had to use the touch screen keyboard temporarily. I was also disappointed in the way it was unable to communicate with an HP printer I had. I connected them both and it's very sluggish with all of these updates and getting started printing. You'd think that they'd be the most compatible and work flawlessly but that wasn't the case in my experience. The display is bright and pretty. The speakers are nice. But the performance is lacking to me. I can't imagine how a real computer buff would take this but they're probably not buying HP machines off the shelf at Best Buy either. I thought about boxing it up and returning it but it seemed like such a pain in the rear that I am yet to do it so instead just go along with it as is.

Easy to set up, fast processor and priced well. Crisp, large screen.

I guess time will tell. Occasionally a message pops up on the right lower side of the monitor. The message stating "The monitor has shut down but has been recovered" or something similar. This is a little concerning. I hope this is not any insight to the future of the HP brand. As for the looks it is a very nice clean looking computer and the speakers built in will be a plus.

processor is fast, easy setup, love the touch screen feature

I am very pleased with this purchase and would have given it 5 stars if I didn't occasionally have a popup window telling me a "Display Driver has stopped responding". Then it will immediately say "Display Driver has recovered". I use the Geek Squad and I'm sure they could fix it in a second but I just haven't requested that they fix it. Otherwise I am really thrilled with this purchase and would do it again. Great price too! Someone posted that the mouse and keyboard weren't good because they didn't include something to plug into the computer to make them work. They just didn't read their instructions, which clearly say these are built into the mouse and keyboard. They work beautifully. This computer didn't come with a built in DVD drive, but I knew that when I bought it and just purchased an external one. I LOVE this computer. The all-in-one is WONDERFUL. I don't like the tower and speakers separate and it's wonderful not having all the cords.

The computer seems pretty good, fast, the screen is very nice, and speakers sound good. However the keyboard is junk, I have to keep taking the batteries out to reboot the keyboard. The problem shows up as three issues, When you press a key, you will get multiple letters of the same type, you press a key and nothing happens, or you press a key and the cursor jumps a number of spaces. I plan on getting a different keyboard to confirm the source of the problem. The wireless mouse seems fine, I don't like the feel, but my wife seems to be fine with it. I do wish it had a USB port on the side or the front of the unit in order to easily use a USB drive. All the ports are on the back.

This is exactly what I wanted in a desktop. It is fast enough to run all my games and and programs. I bought this to use for large memory programs and games that laptop had difficulty handling.

I love my desktop!! It's user friendly. It's very fast that I forget that it touch screen also!!
