Question1. With a large 32" screen, would I be able to see and work on a Word Document on one side and a Power Point on the other. Right now, I have to use two monitors. 2. Does it have green screen so that I can create Zoom backgrounds?

- Answer Yes you can use snap and create 2 work spaces with Word in one, and Powerpoint in the other. It does not have Green screen, you would need to use an app to do that. QuestionDesktop works great. Is there any software you can recommend to ensure the sound remains crisp? On two seperate occasions the speaker began buzzing while listening to music. Both times after restarting the computer the sound was fixed. No insurance :/

QuestionIf I open this machine and upgrade the RAM, does this void my warranty or extended warranty on this All In One? Does taking it to a HP certified technician safer as far as warranty?

- Answer I actually dont think it would, even the manufacture website states the ram is upgradable, if it wasn't meant for consumers to mess with it they wouldnt make components in the computer upgradable. Usually getting to the ram it self only involves unscrewing a few screws. There might be glue holding the display screen but on the backside there shouldnt be so you should be ok to upgrade it without voiding any warrenty.

- Answer If you are trying to connect a second monitor, you'll need an adapter or cable that will connect from the HDMI out on the All-in-One to a video port on the monitor.

QuestionHi. Can you connect an HP docking station to this so you can connect a laptop and use the monitor?

- Answer This computer has a HDMI => IN port, when changing the source on the OSD joystick (bottom right, underside of computer screen) that allows you to change the source. The source can be any device so long as its a HDMI. The HP docking station HDMI out would connect to the HDMI in of the computer. If your docking station only supports DVI out, you can use a HDMI to DVI adapter.
