“Are these all NEW printers. I bought one and was watching the HP u tube install video and mine didn't have the sticker and paper over the control panel and didn't have the tape in (on) the paper tray. Just curious.”

• I just recently purchased one on 11/22/18 and I had to remove tape and foam paper from this printer.

• Yes, these models are all new in box unless it has a Best Buy open box tag on it.
