• I have OS X Yosemite and it works great. I asked at the store and they seem to think it would be compatible with almost any system unless it is super old.

• Good question. Yes, this printer is compatible with El Capitan. Is it very easy to set up the printer with a Mac. All it requires is for you to connect the printer to your WiFi network and add the printer to your computer from the System Preferences in the Mac. I hope this helps.
