Yes, you should have no problems with cardstock or 3x5 card. However, you may be limited to single-sided printing with the heavier stock. The printer has to manipulate the paper or card to flip it so it can print on the other side, and that's harder to do with heavier stock.I'd suggesting trying it on a single card and seeing if it can handle the two sided printing with the particular paper stock you're using.
