“Is this printer model eligible for the Instant Ink Free 15 Page Plan?”

I believe this printer is NOT eligible for the free Instant-Ink plan (15 pages per month). I called HP to check myself, and they said that HP printers with a list price of less than $100 are eligible, and this printer has a list price of $119.
