“My new printer says out of paper when it is not as I try remote printing. What's wrong?”

• Try to restart the printer. All electronics need to reboot from time to time.

• Good question. Make sure the paper settings are correct. If your device has a different paper size settings than the paper size settings in the printer, it could cause problems. Also make sure the paper is properly aligned in the paper tray. If the printer can't grab a hold of the paper, it might say it is out of paper. I hope this helps.
