- Answer Good question. Yes, this printer is definitely compatible with your HP Pavilion laptop. It can either be hooked up via WiFi or USB. If you choose to connect it via USB, then you will need to purchase the cable separately as it does not come included with the printer. I hope this helps.

- Answer This printer only has trays for 8.5x11 paper and a photo tray for 4x6 photo paper. Even 5x7 photo paper has to go in the larger tray. It does not even accommodate legal size paper (8.5x14). Very limited.

- Answer You can easily print wirelessly from your wireless devices such as laptops, iPads, and smartphones. The only requirement is to have the printer the device on the same wifi network. The printer also has its own hotspot. You can turn that on in the settings. If you want print to the printer while you are away from home, you can give the printer its own email address. All of this can be done from the printer's touch screen. QuestionDoes the ink cartridges last long and is it economical?

- Answer Good question. This printer takes HP 62 black and tricolor ink cartridges. The black cartridge prints up to 200 pages and the tricolor cartridge prints up to 165 pages. You have the option to use the XL cartridges. The black 62 XL will print up to 600 pages and the tricolor 62 XL will print up to 415 pages. I hope this helps.
