“Bought this printer one year ago. Installed new black cartridge (not refill) & keep getting notice that cartridge is installed incorrectly. Help!!!”

• Watch the instruction video on the LCD display on the front of the printer. This happened to me too bc I was scared to force it in, but they should push into the socket and then lay flush (flat) you may need to push up or down to get it in completely. The video will help significantly.

• I had this problem when I bought this printer 3 weeks ago. I removed the cartridge, reinstalled, turned power off and back on and all was good. Hope this isn't a defect in this model printer.
