“my printer will not stay on , for my ink to be monitored it is supposed to stay on. it was doing it up too a week ago what can I do?”

• When having problems, first remove the printer and reinstall the software. It often corrects the probem.

• You can set your preferences for your printer to never shut itself off or to do so after a predetermined interval of inactivity. I set mine to shut off. When it is turned back on, it reads the ink supply just fine.
