“I am trying to print a 4x6 photo and am using photo paper in the correct space and still won't print.”

• I know Kath. I had the same problem. I don't quite understand that but I just use the bottom tray instead...... slide the holders to the sides of the photo paper and print. It does a fine job. Good Luck!
