I have tried some of the features and printed both a 4x6 color and black and white using the Photo paper tray, which only accommodates 4x6 paper. The 8x10 paper bed is adjustable and will also print on photo paper of many sizes. The quality of the samples I printed were not great (like photos printed at Walgreens). Maybe my camera megapixel setting was the problem..
