“I just bought this printer to get home to set it up and it says a black cartridge in a color cartridge are included but neither were in the box. Can you tell me what the deal is with that?”

• The starter black and color cartridges are shipped in a pocket in the Styrofoam packaging material. Take out the two big pieces of Styrofoam and examine them carefully.
