• Ted; Good question. Yes, you should be able to use this printer to scan it, save it, and then INSERT it into Word as a picture. As for doing it directly, you will have to save the JPG as a picture first, then you can INSERT it into Word as a picture. Other than that, this is a solid printer. I'm sure you'll enjoy using it.
