“My scanner doesn't accept the name and pin even tho it's correct I need to scan Nd I've wasted an hour on this can't find my disc so I don't k is if it's set up can I install scan without a disc.”

You can always scan to a zip/flash drive in the USB port and then insert it in the computer. I'm not sure how to fix the direct scan, but thought this might help.
