Why does this printer only have a one star rating? null

Because it is only based on one (1) reviewer. Since it is a new item, there's not much people who have tried it yet.

Dear Printer; I don't always believe in all these ratings. Most of the comments come from people who are not up-to-date with technology; or they use the platform to complain and bicker about what they don't understand. The forums are meant to establish a dialogue about solving problems, not creating new ones. Overall, I give this HP Envy an A+ for performance and A+ for delivery of speed and quality. I'm sure you will find the same thing when you open the box and own one. Happy trails.
