“Printer will not pickup photo paper. It keeps trying until display says add paper even though tray has paper in it.”

• The tray may not be pushed in all the way. It come in two pieces and there is a magnetic sensor on the top piece. If you dont have the instructions that came in the box, try finding a youtube video to make sure you have it attached correctly.
