• THE ANSWER IS NO, is not coming with cd rom but u can get one external for 20 bucks for sure...let me know if u have more questions

• Does not have an internal cd/dvd drive. Would have to purchase an external drive. If software was on a flash drive or external hard drive, it could be loaded using USB port.
