Does this tower work with a touch screen? null

I believe it does, as it was able to detect both of my monitors and noted that neither was touch screen.

Touch-screen capability is built into Windows 10, if you wish to use it, but you need to have a monitor capable of touch-screen operation, which typically are more expensive than standard monitors, and not very common with desktop units.

Sorry, I don''t know. I don't have touch screens. But, as I recall, it was not a touch screen model. I would check with the store or on line.
