“How do I get sound from my brand new Envy Desktop? I was on a webinar yesterday and had no sound. Today, I purchased speakers and installed them and still no sound. What do I need to do? I've checked the setup and it looks fine.”

• You will need to go into Windows sound settings and under playback device set the Realtek HD as the default device.

• Did you check the speaker Icon at the bottom right of the task bar? IS it muted? Is it turned down? Right click and open the volume mixer. Make sure the device and applications sliders are turned up.
