Sometimes the windows are a bit hard to open. Their dependability is fallible - check for infection, upgrade, update, reset and carry on
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am seeing the same thing and am suspecting it is the Win 10. The black screen though is power save mode and you can probably change the setting where it doesn't happen as soon as it does now or not at all, depending on your taste or requirements.
