You can upgrade the ram to up to 32gb with 2 stics. Not sure if they have to be equal since this currently has 12 and they don't make 6gb ram stics that I'm aware of. Yes, you can upgrade the graphics card. I'm looking into that possibility for mine now. From what I understand from PC mag's review, there isn't a lot of room for expansion so it may have to be a slim graphics card for it to fit.

Actually, you'd only need to replace the 4 gigabyte module with an 8 gigabyte DDR4-2666 UDIMM to bring the computer up to 16. And yes, you can put in an upgraded graphics card. Because the computer has a 180 watt power supply, you may need to upgrade that as well, depending on what card you put in.
