• It comes with Windows 11 but not with Microsoft365 (formally Office). There is not a cd/dvd drive. However, there are many USB ports in the front and back that you can plug an external CD/DVD drive into if that is something you are needing. These typically run between $20 and $40.

• It includes Windows 11, it does NOT have a cd/dvd drive. It has a trial version of MacAfee. Hope this was helpful.

• Hello Judy, thank you for your question. This device comes with Windows 11 Home and a trial of Microsoft 365, which can be subscribed to after the trial for full continued access. It will also come with a trial of McAfee anti-virus software.
