This usually means it can most likely handle 15 - 20% more power draw. That being the case you can look up various components and see for example that the processor, RAM, motherboard, and 1TB SSD take about 150 watts, so there is not a lot of power left for a graphics card. Also, most gaming graphics cards require that the system have a PSU of 300 - 500 watts.
