• Microsoft provides the option to update to Windows 10 Professional for a $99 fee. I believe it is under the Update or Activation Settings. Beware though the license is non-transferable and locked to this PC. So if you upgrade to another PC you will not be able to reactivate the license on it.. If you want to transfer the license to another PC you will have to buy the full retail copy.

• No it's the Win 10 Home edition but you can upgrade to Win 10 Pro for $99.99 by setting up the computer and then go to Settings, Activation, then 'Go To Store' to upgrade (or click Start and type Activation to get to it more quickly).
