The computer does have an available drive bay and several PCIe slots, so you could install an additional drive and dedicated video card. The 180w power supply is adequate for the computer as it's shipped, however if adding a video card, the power supply should be upgraded. To determine how big a power supply you'll need, you will need to add the power supply required by the card to the 180 watts the system currently draws. So if the card requires 300w, you'd need to add the 180w the system needs, and select a power supply of larger than 480w.
