Yes. While the power supply provided has minimal power options, you can install a custom graphics card in the provided slot. You will likely need to find one or 2 15-pin SATA to 6-pin PCIe power adapters to power the graphics card. Those can be found online for about $4-10.

The included 180 watt power supply won't supply enough juice (or the necessary connectors) to power anything worth purchasing. You are also limited to about 9 1/2" of length on any card in PCIe x16 slot.
