The OEM power supply is only 180 watts so you are pretty much stuck with a video card that can draw power from the bus. I installed a NVIDIA 1030 GT with 2TB DDR5. It is not good for high end games. I also upgraded the processor to an I7 9700 without any problems. You are stuck with the OEM processor fan so that is about as far as you can go at 95 watts for the processor.
